This design originated from my own experience at home while working on projects in the garage. I would regularly keep an eye on the clock so I know when to stop and go back to adult. One day that clock fell off the wall, I put it back up and continued without noticing it had stopped working. I kept taking a look out of habit and when I realised it no longer kept time, I thought it would be fun that every time I do look at it again, it would tell me that I still have 5 minutes. So, with a permanent marker, I wrote that on the clock face! So surely you or someone you know can always appreciate 5 more minutes to just get that last little thing done...
